Shakeel Dewji’s investment background spans almost three decades. He began as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley and his career path rose to his current role as Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Aurora Investment Managers, LLC. Aurora Investment Managers is the manifestation of Shakeel’s goal to serve his clients in a manner rarely seen in the investment industry.

Shakeel has successfully used his investing skills for institutional investment clients as well as high net worth clients for years. He was trained in Morgan Stanley’s premier program for equity analysts and was a key contributor to the analytical model used at his former firm, Boston Advisors.

Shakeel founded and ran a mortgage brokerage business in Canada and the U.S. for many years and has a proven background as a successful entrepreneur. He is thoughtful, creative, and offers exceptional client service to everyone he serves.

Shakeel earned his MBA from the University of Connecticut. Shakeel’s leadership skills were in effect even in graduate school where he was the MBA Class President in his graduating year. In addition, Shakeel was the lead manager at the University of Connecticut’s first student managed stock fund that was featured on CNN.

After a decade long career with J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Boston, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Naples, Ashley joined Aurora Investment Managers, LLC as a Partner and Portfolio Manager in 2024. In this position, Ashley works to help clients build their investment portfolios to sustain current and future generations. In her role, Ashley is most passionate about the advancement and education of women as a means to break the cycle of abdication as it pertains to financial literacy.

Ashley has devoted herself to the growth of not-for-profits close to her heart in every community where she has lived and worked. Some of those organization include Boys and Girls Club, Gulfshore Playhouse, Junior Achievement, Feed America, and the Women’s Foundation of Collier County. Ashley serves as a Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County, Gulfshore Playhouse, the Women Lifting Women Campaign, and is an Advisory Board member with Naples Illustrated magazine.

Ashley received her accounting degree with Honors from York University in Toronto, Canada and is a candidate for the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation. In 2023, Ashley was named to" The Naples 100", Collier County's list of 100 most influential business leaders.

Ashley resides in Naples with her husband, Tyler, and their Bernedoodle, Comet.

Known for her exceptional organizational abilities and unwavering attention to detail, Renee ensures that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In Renee's current role with Aurora Investment Managers, LLC. she serves as Executive Assistant to Shakeel Dewji, our Founder and Chief Investment Officer.

With a passion for organizational excellence and a knack for problem-solving, Katarzyna Rosinka, is a seasoned Office Manager with years of experience in optimizing workplace efficiency.

Equipped with a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, she adeptly coordinates administrative tasks, streamlines operations, and fosters a harmonious work environment.
